Over the past week, our website has been encountering intermittent delays and issues due to problems with our hosting provider.
We’d like to take this opportunity to apologise to our customers for any inconvenience during this time. Our team were able to process a number of additional orders offline during this time, and we are now back up to speed with our usual processing timescales.
The issue arose from capacity restrictions with our previous host. Despite reaching out to 1and1 on several occasions, we were unable to rectify the issue with their support team, and therefore have take the decision to move our websites to a new UK based host.
